End Of Week 3! woohoo n boohoo

yoz! i'm back again and finally it's the end of week 3 and tomorrow's  gonna be the start of week 4. wow! it's like so fast! week 3 has lots of interesting stuff happening! erm...let's see...english and ahc classes were interesting. during ahc classes we watched funny vids and a touching 1 too...nearly made me cry but i didn't..controlled so hard so as not to let a single tear show. we also did skits and a formal presentation! we had to wear formal clothings and it was sooo uncomfortable!
kitchen demo classes is always interesting because i would be able to learn new skills and recipes and apply it on my IS class. oh yea i also went to eat with a classmate n the rest of the guyz at newton(all the girls saboed us guyz n nt turn up) to celebrate his b'dae! kok siang told us that he thought that one of the girl in our class was cute. b'dae boy and me immediately took out our handphones and told her what our good friend kok siang thought of her. he was soo embarassed! should have recorded how he reacted wen we told him we contacted that girl and told her what he said! serve him right...hahax! that will teach him to be happy with the girl he already has :p
we also went to a bbq of the singapore chef association family day! it's fun and we get to eat lots of stuff! I even won a hamper in a lucky draw! hahax! lucky! but was soo tired when i got home..wellx tomorrow is the start of week 4 and week 5 is our progress test! boohoo...i hope i would do well...

End of Week 2

Yoz! Hahax! It's me again...I kinda forgot the main purpose of this blog....(get a hold of yourself dammit!).The purpose of this blog is actually part of a school assignment. Yea...I know...school assignments...erghh...(turns to lump of goo...). (Bounce back up) Anyway! Here's what we have done for the week!....Erm...hahax....(whistles...) I kinda forgot....I mean we have fun and forget right? Is that not normal?....No? We are supposed to remember fun stuff? !!! Ahh.....now I know why I feel empty up there...hahax....give me just a moment to pray for my memories back....Ah! We had 2 classes of kitchen demo this week! They're both fun cuz our mentors are fun! yupz! yupz! One of our mentor is named Ms Jaymie. Funny lady! She's not too strict and she always try to make the class interesting! Due to her teaching style, everyone always listens! At one of the classes Ms Jaymie was not able to come and teach us. We were wondering who would teach us our kitchen demo for the day. Chef David came to subtitute for Ms Jaymie. We were all kinda worried at first cuz Chef David has not taken us for kitchen demo before and we were wondering how the class would turn up...and it was...not so bad! Chef David made sure all of us were able to follow his instructions. Although his teaching style was not the same like Ms Jaymie, It was still a fun learning experience with Chef David. We did not really do much this week....The class went to Bugis to play in the arcade but I couldn't come along cuz I ate too much during lunch (T.T)....On Saturday I even forgot my wallet....I stayed in Bishan and I am all the way in Bukit Batok and I forgot my wallet??? I'm a klutz aren't I? Haiz...Oh wellx! I am sure this is nothing...not like I'm cursed with bad luck or something ritez? Hahax....haha...ha.....

About Me !

Yoz! I am a Singaporean currently studying in Shatec Institute. I enrolled in a course called Diploma In Pastry and Baking. Yupz! You guessed it right! I want to be a professional pattissier. Haiz...that would be like so far in the future...I would also like to own my own pattissierie(pastry shop). Hahax! I sure have big dreams huh? Wellx dreaming is fine and all you know? It's what that would keep you going when you're down or something at some point of our life. My school is kinda cool and uncool in a way...but lets not talk about that. My classmates on the other hand rules! We are a class of 16 students which is made up of foreigners and locals of different age groups. Even though we are of different age groups and nationalities, we got along and cooperate with each other like we've known one another for ages. I have also memorized all of their names!(yea yea I know...I am quite amazing) For now I have only learnt how to bake 2 types of Genoise. A Sponge cake and a Roll Cake(Swiss Rolls). I have to admit I suck in doing the rolling of the roll cake but everyone makes mistakes right? This is not going to stop me from aiming to become a professional pattissier. If you fall you just have to stand right back up right? That's the kinda person I am. I am not going to look glum for a long time. I would just bounce right back up and continue with life. There would be a test coming up soon. I hope the rest are more prepared than I am. Wait....-_- did I just say I am not prepared mySELF???
