End of week 7

Yoz! Itz now the end of week 7 finally....and yea I kinda forget to key in this post on time again....So much stuff to do...I have projects with me left and right....haiz...oh well! can't help it! this is school right? of course they will make us do projects n stuffs. Hmmm what did I do in week 7? Hahax actually week 7 is kind of hectic and fun at the same time for me! I erm gave 2 speeches to 2 crowds of potential future Shatec hosts (nerve wrecking...hahax) and we learned how to make puff pastries! It takes soo much time to prepare the paste but it's worth it cuz they taste soo goood! Too bad eating it all the time is bad for the body...the puff pastry contains pastry margarine and pastry margarine is difficult to get it out of our system...it'll clog up our arteries and stuff...eww...

End of Week 6

Hi! Hahax! have not been posting cuz was kinda busy with the progress test and all and also cuz I am not feelin well. Been feelin under the weather these few days. Haiz...I hate it when I am sick....must be becuz I was studying soo hard!(yeah ritez! I wish!) Hmmzz...the progress test was easy and all and I kinda already know the result of one of my paper and I think that I did pretty well though there are still room for improvements. I also think that I did well for the rest of my papers so...no worries there....erm....oh yea Hari Raya Haji is today and yesterday even though I am not feeling well I manage to bake 2 batches of wholemeal bread! Amazing aren't I? Will post you the pictures of the bread that I baked later cuz the pc that I am using now can't receive Bluetooth from my mobile phone. Hope I remember yea? haha! wellx bye for now...gotta get ready to go to my grand mother's house for visiting. : D

End of Week 5!

Hi! Wow! Its like already the end of week 5! Can you believe it??? Time really pass by real fast huh? Hmmz... Lets see...Lots of stuffs going on this week. We had our progress tests for Food Science and IS class. I'd say that I fare well in those tests. The only thing I am worried about is the tests on week 6. Food Knowledge...ahhh! I am so worried! I am so not prepared. There is so little time to prepare! I did some baking for my uncle's wedding function. I baked brownies and fruit cakes

End of Week 4

Yoz! Hahax here I am again...yea I know...I am 1 day late to post this up. I was soo tired that I forgot about it. Hmmz...letz see what I've been up to during the 4th week of school...Oh yeah! We learnt how to make bread this week! We also learnt hw to make pizzas! I can even throw my pizza and let it spin in the air but i can never make it round...sobz...hmmz...too sleepy to write anymore...week 5 got progress test...will I pass???
